Home Health Services include a variety of services all designed to help the patient recover at home. We provide Home Health Care services to facilitate patient healing at home with their loved ones.

These are the services provided by our agency:

Home Health Nursing

Nurses will work under the direction of your physician in providing basic to intermediate skilled care. They can be scheduled to visit patient homes and administer care from a few hours a day.

Physical Therapy

Physical Therapists are tasked with helping patients restore or maintain functional skills and mobility for a patient who is homebound due to injury or disability.

Occupational Therapy

This type of therapy is specially designed to assist patients in regaining self-care skills and work skills. The occupational therapist will also provide the patient with assistance in adapting to a new environment following hospital discharge.

Speech Therapy

Speech Therapy is intended for individuals with communication difficulties and/or deficiencies. Such patients can benefit from the expertise of a speech therapist in teaching coping skills, swallowing techniques and controlling stammers/outbursts.

Medical Social Services

Our Medical Social Workers will help with hospital discharge processing and in filing for claims with your insurance provider. They can also be a source of sound advice and emotional support especially when your family is put under stress after a diagnosis of a disease or the death of a loved one.
